The versality of a Rosé wine lends itself to enhance cocktails as well, and this variation on a traditional mojito is the perfect example.

Rosé and Berry Mojito
4 fresh mint leaves
3 fresh raspberries
½ ounce simple syrup
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1 ounce Rosé of Sangiovese
½ ounce silver rum
Fever-Tree soda water
In a large glass, muddle together mint and raspberries with simple syrup.
When well muddled, add ice and remaining ingredients.
Stir well, then top with soda water to finish.
Stir gently to combine, then serve.
