Amazing'n Healthy Mayonnaise

This healthy alternative to the worn out mayonnaise of the past, is super easy and way more yummy than your plain-ole ordinary mayonnaise. Best of all, it's quick and easy to whip-up! And yes, we did say healthier, but what's more..., this recipe is way more yummy than your mama's mayonnaise and can be used in any recipe that calls for mayonnaise. It is definitely worth a try and when you do, we know you'll get hooked because of the shocking, screaming good flavor. Healthy without scarifice, the alternative that's better than the original..., we promise!



Amazing'n Healthy Mayonnaise


  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil, do not skip on quality

  • ¼ cup (or desired amount) lemon or lime juice, or a combination of both, strained (all pulp removed!)

  • ½ teaspoon plain yellow mustard, French's or its equivalent (mustard is necessary, do not skip)

  • 6oz cream cheese, full-fat (a full brick of cream cheese is 8oz)

  • ¼ teaspoon pepper, or as desired (do not skip)

  • pinch of garlic powder or granuals

  • pinch of salt, optional

  • 1 teaspoon honey, or as desired, optional


  1. Pour olive oil, strained citrus juice, and mustard into a mini chopper/food processor. Pulse well until mixture is well combined and frothy.

  2. Add cream cheese 2 ounces at a time, pulsing very well between additions.

  3. Add pepper and a pinch of garlic.

  4. Adjust seasonings, as desired.

  5. Use in place of mayonnaise.
