PUMPKIN SPICE CAKE |

1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish, or muffin tins. . 2. In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, spice, pumpkin, eggs and oil for 3 minutes using a mixer on medium speed. Pour into the prepared pan and spread evenly. . 3. Bake for 35 to 55 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool, then frost with cream cheese frosting. (optional)
