    BEST EVER INSTANT STRAWBERRY

                             DESSERT IDEAS

                    These practically instant recipes will delight friends

                      and family alike. Surprise yourself with just how

                 simple and fun preparing these delightful dishes can be.

                 Ingredients:

                    Strawberries sliced

                    Kiwi slices

                    Pineapple slices

                    Orange slices

                    1 cherry with stem

                    Block of firm cheese

                    White grape or cranberry juice

 

   Method:

    1.  Slice fruits in large chunks, arrange with stemmed, ripe cherry in the center.

    2.  Slice a slab of cheese 1/2 inch thick.  Create stars (or other shapes) by pressing in with

     mini cookie cutters.

    3.  Pour white grape or cranberry juice in to cover bottom of bowl.

               STRAWBERRIES & CREAM

                                TEA MUFFINS

                   Elegance simply can not get any easier. This classic

                         treat makes a perfect dessert, or the perfect

                          accompaniment to a sociable spot of tea.

                 Ingredients:

                    Tea Muffins

                    Real whipped cream, sweetened

                    Strawberries, stems attached

   Method:

    1.  As illustrated in the picture,  fill muffins with

    sweetened, heavy cream, and arrange

    strawberries on the plate.

     FRUIT & VANILLA CREAM PARFAIT

                    Fresh fruit and skinny, mini pound cakes, piled over

                     caramelized cream, makes this fancy fruit display

                                          extra special.

                 Ingredients:

                    1 teaspoon of caramel sauce for each parfait

                    chunky fruits according to personal preference

                    1/4 to 1/2 cup of cream for each parfait

                    vanilla pound cake cut as directed below

   Method:

    1.  Prepare caramelized cream by

    mixing a small amount of prepared

    caramel sauce with sweetened whipped

    cream. Mix just till slightly blended.

    2.  Fill each glass 1/3 full of

    caramelized cream mixture.

    3.  Place strips of pound cake in the

     cream as the picture illustrates.

    4.  Place fruits according to taste.

    .

    Option: According to personal  preference, may finish up by adding a 

    dollop of cream on top of fruit.
