MINI BLUEBERRY D DESSERT CAKES Who knew such an easy dessert could look so good and be so delicious?

Ingredients: 1 cup fresh sweetened whipped cream 1 cup apricot jelly 1 package pre-made mini dessert cakes blueberries and assorted fruits 1 cup Cool Whip
|

Method: 1. Heat apricot jelly until smooth and warm. 2. Paint mini cakes and fruit with apricot jelly to glaze. 3. Mix together Cool Whip and whipped cream. 4. Placed 1 glazed mini cake in the center of a dessert plate and drop approximately 1/8 th cup of cream mixture in the center of each cake. 5. Place fruits around according to preference. . NOTE: To create a professional shaping of the cream mixture, use a decorator tip on a pastry bag or folded parchment paper. |
