BLUEBERRY ICE CREAM TARTLET SHELLS Cream cheese adds a deliciously rich flavor to these quick-n-easy gourmet tartlet shells. Ingredients: 3 ounces cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup butter, softened 1 cup all-purpose flour Method: 1. Blend cream cheese and butter. Stir in flour just until blended. Chill about 1 hour. This can be made ahead and chilled for up to 24 hours. 2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). 3. Shape dough into 6 balls and press into ungreased mini pie pans. Bake for 20 minutes, or until light brown. 4. Fill with a scoop of ice cream and Blueberry Sauce Recipe. . Optional: According to preference, while shells are still hot, pour Blueberry Sauce Recipe into shells until half full. Place a scoop of ice cream directly on the warm blueberry sauce and sprinkle with cinnamon or top with sweetened whipped cream.
