EASY SLOW COOKER CHICKEN This simple and outstanding meal will surely become a family favorite. Ingredients: 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast or thighs 4 potatoes, cubed 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed roasted garlic cream of mushroom soup 1 (10.75 ounce) can milk 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix sprinkle of nutmeg (optional) Method: 1. Put the chicken pieces and potatoes into a slow cooker. Combine the soup, milk, cornstarch and dry soup mix and pour over the chicken and potatoes. Cook for 8 to 10 hours on low. Serve! |
